and the releated mobile application (the "Service") operated by FuturTek ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree
with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
All information at MyNewJobHunt is kept strictly confidential. Every effort will be made by us to ensure your information
is kept private. In the event of any know security breach of this confidence, we will inform you as soon as possible of any possible
issues relating to the privacy of the stored information.
At MyNewJobHunt, customer satisfaction is the most important aspect of how we do business. Every effort is made to ensure
the satisfaction of our customers with the products they have purchased. However, refunds are given only under very specific terms
as outlined below. Our Refund Policy follows an industry accepted RMA process. This process is not unfamiliar to anyone who has ever
bought anything related to software or educational couseware.
It is fair to both the customer and the Developer’s right to protect the intangible property rights associated with their products.
To keep things in perspective, it’s necessary to remember we are talking about intangible software products. Intangibles by their
very nature are vulnerable to theft, duplication and distribution to third parties outside of the original license agreement with
the first time buyer.
In short, it is impossible to protect an intangible once someone has taken possession of it. This fact is echoed
almost everywhere you go in the software industry. You see it at the computer store, where if you open a box of software you cannot return it.
That is why it is so very important for you to be absolutely sure of your decision to purchase an intangible product before you decide to test
the policies that protect it. Our terms are simple:
“If you click on the “SUBMIT” button of a form which processes a payment for a product offered from anywhere within MyNewJobHunt,
you are agreeing to our terms of “No Refunds”,regardless of any third party Payment Gateway Policies for Refunds, except as
provided by the outlined Refund Policy below".
With that being said, we are not without understanding of the complexities that surround the many reasons an individual might request a refund.
What this means is, it usually comes down to a fairness of understanding between both the developer and you the customer.
Product Developers expect to be dealt with fairly just as much as you do.
The fact is, some people get refunds and some don’t. You might ask why the policy is different for some than others?
It’s not, but there is a procedure to determine when a refund will be given. You must allow us to make an assessment of the reason(s)
why you are requesting a refund. You cannot simply ask for a refund just “because” something didn't work as you expected or
you did not want to complete the requested entirely resonable/legal/moral activities of the job search boot camp .
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"), which you will be billed in
advance and payment must be recieved before the service will be enabled/continued.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information,
text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the material, but it will be
moderated by the site moderator

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled
by MyNewJobHunt. MyNewJobHunt has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for,
the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that MyNewJobHunt shall not be responsible
or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use
of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material,
we will try to provide to our valued customers at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change, will be determined at our sole discretion.
